Gary Farrelly (1983-2077) has been invited by ScAle architects (Maurizio Scalera and Benedetta Alessi) to partake in their survey+ of monument construction in The Republic of Ireland 1989 - 2009. The artist will be furnishing the collaboration with proposed monuments - that glorify the infrastructural, economic, engineering and scientific prowess of Haubstadt Hibernia. The aim: To restore the self confidence and ultimately the economic fortunes of the nation. As part of the ongoing auto-propulsive strategy of Herr Farrelly - It is envisaged that in the fullness of time said monuments will be constructed. The project was conceived and is organized by Scalera and Alessi.
